Mediocre Service

Worst experience with Damelin Correspondence College. I was doing my first year in 2020 and wrote 3 of my final examinations in November/December 2020. To date I have been requesting for my academic record but to no success. In May 2021, I was requested to resubmit my assignments, and of which I did with the proof that they were acknowledged initially when they were submitted. To date I am still waiting. I have been calling, emailing and even took a day off from work to go and try to sort this out at Success House but with no assistance. On Friday morning, 13th May 2022, I went to Braamfontein (House, 3rd Floor, Success, 2 Melle St, Braamfontein) and guess what....they just made me call again and spoke to Mark from call centre in Cape Town, he was very calm and promised that I will receive my progress report by the Monday, 16th May 2022...still waiting. I really do not understand why they would invest in all these apps and websites but don't keep them updated. I really feel like the cost of getting my results will eventually amount to the cost of the course itself. I hope someone from DCC does monitor this platform because right now I really wouldn't recommend Damelin.
