My name is Faith and I was a registered student at Damelin Nelspruit campus in 2020 before the lockdown. I had paid R22000.00 of my tuition fee and would pay the rest at a later date since my course cost over R36000.00 however, that did not happen because the campus shut down around March and we weren't given any clear explanation why. I have since been trying to get a refund but my attempts were ignored by the campus owners, to this date, my mom is still paying for the loan she took for the education I never received and the fact that I am from Eswatini makes this whole encounter even harder.
