Maybe Damelin should study customer service?

<p>I have been a student with Damelin Correspondence student number (43074) since 2016 and I would like to share how disappointed I am with the level of service they have provided.</p> <p> </p> <p>I submitted my assignments September 2016 as required and was meant to write my exams in December 2016 so I can Graduate for my Marketing course which did not happen due to the fact that I did not receive my marks for my assignments in time. This continued until the exam registration date passed. I called them, emailed them even took time from work to go there and personally try and sort this issue out.</p> <p> </p> <p>All I have received from management and staff are empty promises. I received some results in January 2017 after threats of stopping the debit orders that are deducted from my account efficiently by the college; just wish their service was as efficient .</p> <p> </p> <p>Just to cut the long story short I advise any other person that wants to further their education to think twice before considering Damelin Correspondence. It has really set me back regarding the time frame I had set for myself to complete my studies. To date I still am in a struggle with them regarding my marks and writing my exams this coming June 2017. </p> <p> </p> <p>Regards Sthabile Mdluli</p> <p> </p>
