Marketing Certificate

I have been waiting for my son's Marketing Certificate for 3 years now, everytime I call or email, they send me the outdated information saying that they are still waiting for Services Seeta. I am very disappointed that a college like Damelin with big reputation would treat its clients like that. Damelin will not give me feedback on the status of my querie if I don't call. I have spoken to Lerato Modisadife, Louis, Sammy, and Kiki but everytime I call I am refered to called their Randburg branch and speak to Rene Botha. What is more sad is that people like me sweat blood to pay the fees and this is what we get,
