********ly excluded from progression and completion of my qualification / Assignments Unmarked for Over a Year Despite Full Paymen

I am a registered student with Damelin Correspondence / Uni4 Online, and my account has been paid in full. Despite numerous emails and follow-ups over the past year, my assignments remain unmarked, and I have not received any feedback or communication from the academic or administrative staff.

This delay has now caused me to miss the external verification cycle, which takes place only in September and April each year. As a result, I am unable to progress or qualify for verification through no fault of my own.

I have contacted several representatives, including Samuel, Tanya and Geralda, without any response or resolution. This ongoing lack of service and communication is unacceptable and contrary to Damelin’s contractual and educational obligations toward its students.

I am now left with no option but to consider formal legal action and refer this matter to the relevant registration and governing bodies for investigation and audit.

I request that Damelin urgently:

- Grade all outstanding assignments immediately. - Provide written confirmation of my academic progress and next verification opportunity. - Address the severe delay and lack of communication in writing.

I sincerely hope this matter can be resolved promptly without further escalation.
