listed on itc

Its the second time i am writing a complaint about damelin and this time i am Even more ****ed, i app**** to study with damelin had to cancel coz i had found a full time job so after i cancelled and had paid a deposit of r2500 they told me i had to pay r550 for cancellation, a month later a get a call from the collections dep saying my balance was r1550.00 so i asked them why they said coz i registered for June exam, i cancelled the course beginning of march how is it possible that i had signed for June exam, they said they will provide me proof so a year and few month later i was applying for vehicle finance only to find that im listed on itc, so m very very ****ed coz i dnt understand how one can list you while you waiting for proof that they promised to send
