Late Study Material,No commslack of support

I registered for a diploma in 2015. Immediately with registration I made payment, but Damelin has failed to deliver my study material on time. After 2/3 months I received only a portion of the material. After sending a list through of the outstanding material I only received it more than a month later only to find that certain material is STILL outstanding. Till date I still did not receive the material, I have been trying to contact Dameline for assistance to no avail, I logged a complaint and have been trying to register myself on the self service application, but all to no avail. I heard via a friend that they have been receiving communciation regarding exam dates, but I havent received ONE SMS or mail from Dameling since I paid litlle less than a year ago. I paid a lot of money for my studies and this is really such a huge dissapointment. Damelin is obvisouly not concerned about ones education and only cares about the money. I would appreciate if this could be actioned and rectified as a matter of urgency. I want all my study material that is still outstanding and all correspondance that goes with it.
