Late June 2015 confirmation letter

I paid my June exam fe in April 2015 for June exams 2015, I have been struggling to get the Exams confirmation letter still today and the exams starts today 01-12 June 2015. Still not know when and where im writting my exams. I have to submitt study leave but its too late now,call call centre they keep on saying I must hold. How can we write exams without confirmation letters and within short notice. still now I have not get any assistance fron them.<br> <br> Please help Peter.<br>
