Lack of service

I have a bad experience with Damelin Correspondence College. It's been five months now and still I'm struggling with them. So first of all , What a pain to get the right text books then to find out that the book store only has 2014 additions and I need 2012 , after costing me a lot of money because I had to exchange my books 3 times , Then only I received the right ones , while it took them 3 months to finally help me ( but please keep in mind that it's now been three entire months I had wasted because on the lack of service ) , Only to find out that the textbooks do not correspond with my study guide. even though the ISBN Numbers are correct .Emails , phone calls , Nothing . So then I finally decided that I had just about had it with them . It took them 2 weeks to send me a deregistration form . and It's been two weeks as well now and I still haven't heard anything from them , I did send them emails asking for feed back , nothing . I phoned them and still nothing happens . Now they want a cancellation fee , Which I think is ridiculous because after all , I believe my phone bills are more than enough for cancellation fees . The full amount of the course was paid the day I registered . So to me it feels like now that they got there money they don't want to help me .
