Lack of passion & future destroyer !!!!!!!

I have failed a subject - which I was not supposed to. Never got any support or assistance. My failure is because of *****/admin errors & incompetence. They mixed up results & change the whole time results and markings of Exams/Assignments which result in the candidate (student) to fail and experience depression and hopelessness. They also do not have proper systems and very bad reviews (witness from the first-hand experience with them for 2 years).
