Lack of Interest

I started studying through Damelin Correspondence College effective on 19 February 2019 and I've received my study material and assignment due dates. As stated on their website under the student portal that only compulsory assignments need to be submitted, however when i checked on the student portal under assignments nothing was displayed basically the assignments that I needed to submit. I've sent numerous emails to DCC and made numerous phones calls as I need to register for June exams but guess what i was never assisted. I was only assisted after the close off date for registration for June exams 2019 and I was advised that I can write the November exams . I than asked for the list of assignments that I need submit so that I can register for November exams, the list provided was dated 2018 and i queried 2 days ago, but no one came back to me with regards to the list assignments that I needed to submit. I've asked if I will be using the same study material throughout the course, no response received. I also queried my results as it is not my fault that I didn't write June exams, but i was not advised accordingly as it is my 1st time studying through Damelin and I never knew that their services are so pathetic and their lack of interest to student are 0. I need to know what needs to happen if i will get June 2019 results. As it also states that I need to pass my compulsory assignment before i can register for exams, but my assignment is not listed on the sheet that was provided to me with the assignment codes that needs to be submitted. I am really disappointed and frustrated with Damelin and I honestly don't know what to do. All i want is just to complete my course and get my qualification, yet i need to deal with such all this that just wants to me give up and try somewhere else. or Damelin just needs to refund the money that was paid upfront including exam fees so that I can go study somewhere else, because really this is unfair.
