Join them if you insist on losing money

Would not suggest this institution to anyone. Followed all the right channels to get my course fees refunded. Agreed to their ridiculous penalty. Now more than 5 months later I'm still awaiting my refund. No response and if you receive one weeks later it's always them awaiting feedback. No structure and absolutely zero customer service.
