ITC update

Student no :436873 I paid Damelin in full on the 10th of October 2020, 23rd October they sent me Paid up letter, they don't want to update my ITC record, I'm struggling ..each time I apply for a loan my record shows up, I've emailed each and every department, very cruel Institution they don't even reply to emails.. I've had it with this institution... My experience with them. Is very bad, I fought to get my certificate, honestly I wouldn't advice any 1 to study with them, I think we need to inform the media n let others what's happening in this cruel institution.. Might go to morning Live n share my experiences. It's a **** ****** institution.. Their system is having problems I don't know how's that any of our concern, Gotta include media hopefully they will answer
