ITC NOT UPDATED AFER PAYMENT WAS MADE 3 YRS AGO

hi, I have setteled my account 3yrs ago and have been contacting damelin and advising them to have the listing uplifted to date nothing has been done, I spoke to Evodia schoeman on the 15 march 2017, but nothing has been done since then.. pathetic service
