Issue my letter of completion and be honest to your students

I have not received my certificate of completion for the Labour relation and worst part is their call centre is just playing games with people who paid full amount for their fees and they don't want to send my letter of completion to my email address. After several attempts to find out what is the hold up and I have been passed by two jobs opportunity that needed me to submit the letter, so I can be employed. Now student advisor is ignoring my email and their not responding about the feedback.
