Is my qualification valid with Damelin?

I am disappointed by the manner in which my request was attended to. I wrote to Damelin asking for a reprint of my Diploma certificate because I had misplaced my original certificate and I needed the reprint as I am currently looking for a job opportunity. It is almost two months of waiting and my emails are no longer responded to, I feel now my emails are just ignored. I am not sure what is the problem and in the list of people copied on the email, none of them is giving any feedback. I am beginning to wonder if my qualification is valid, why would they take so long to assist me with the reprint of my certificate?
