Is DAMELIN even legit or they just want money

My student number is 444425 and I am so tired of trying to contact the cancelation department. I enrolled couple years for a course and due to serious personal issues I was unable to do anything with the course.i have been trying to get hold of some to cancel since 2021 and only got hold of someone this year.They asked me for all communication where I tried to cancel and it was sent.Since than no one came back to me.You can keep the money I already paid but can I have feedback on the balance. It is not fair to pay something I never used and are you guys even legit.I am honestly tired.
