Incorrect Statement of Results

I was having a good experience with the college up until now. I wrote an exam last year and received my statement of results on the 17th of February 2019 with my assignments marked as '0' when clearly i submitted my assignments because you only get an exam entry when you have submitted assignments for that particular module. the email states that we can resumbit the assignments and the statement of results will be amended accordingly. I submitted my assignments, in the email i included screenshots of my submission emails of these assignments.

To day I receive the exact same statement of results that show '0' for assignments even though i followed protocol that was stated in the attached documents that they sent. I am now very frustrated, angry and annoyed because i had to wait an entire month for amended results that aren't even amended.

Firstly how does this school lose results of assignments and how can they not recall in their own system the assignments.

I would not recommend this school to anyone after this experience because I have lost all confidence that the next time i write exams I will receive the correct statement.
