Incorrect Course Registered by Damelin

I have received a threatening message from Damelin yet they gave a notice of cancellation form to complete in October 2020 and I emailed it back to Candice Peterson who confirmed receipt of the cancellation form. After that Damelin continues processing the Debit order and then I stopped the debit orders.

The below email is coming from: *** without any person to contact.

"Student Number:444167 DATE: 2021-05-28 OUTSTANDING BALANCE: R12,610.00 We refer to the above matter. Despite previous reminders and requests for payment, your Damelin Correspondence College Account remains in arrears.

We hereby demand that you make payment of your account as aforesaid in the sum of R7,766.00 within 3 calendar days from the date of this demand. Failure to make payment may result in legal action being commenced against you.

Furthermore, your failure to pay or make a suitable payment arrangement within 20 days of this letter may result in your name being entered on the CREDIT BUREAU, NATIONAL CREDIT DATABASE, and this subject default (blacklisting) will negatively affect your ability to obtain credit and in addition will also adversely affect any credit facilities you may currently enjoy."
