Incorrect billing for subject not written

Damelin Correspondence College billed me for the subject that I didn't wrote, In June 2023, i registered to write Labour Relations1 subject on the 11 July 2023, when i get to the exam center, I was told by the invigilator that there is no exam paper, DCC exam department didn't send, i waited for an hour then i returned back. In November exam 2023, i re -register the said subject and billed twice for the same subject. Since then, i 've been fighting for this horrible service and i advised by their staff that exam staff was not working because they didn't get their salary and that cost me. Sumaiya, Geralda and escalated to the CEO, Phillip Slatter, no response on emails and they don't take calls for two years.
