Incomplete statement of results for Novrmber 2018 exams

I wrote for subjects during November 2018 and they sent me my exams statement with only 2 subjects .When I first enquire about this I was told that they were going to refer my matter to the exams officer (that was in Feb 2019).I have sent numerous emails to Yolanda and to one of their student adviser.I have not received any feedback to date.
