incomplete delivery and they offline or 2 weeks

I will like to raise the issue of the bad service to Damelin ,I was happy to join Damelin but now I regret it.<br> I am the first time student who is supposed to be studying for the June exams .<br> I receive the study material last week but the was 2 books that was not included ,I have tried to call and get clarity but they always offline.<br> I feel that Damelin was only caring before we do payment now because full payment was done we get poor service .my fellow colleague whom we app**** for the same course which our company paid the full payment for us she got wrong text book for grade 12 mathematics and we are doing paralegal <br> Can I get clarity on what will happen to those books that I didn't get as I need to start with my studies .<br>
