incompitency

i would like to express my disatisfaction towards the DAMELIN correspondence college, i forst registered in 2013 and that took a long time and again in 2015 and bu that time no one even knew or could track my first registration nor my payment made. nevertheless, i finally registered and iwas sent my study material "very late " ofcaurse.i did not complain, i paid every month and i was advised that a student advisor would call me and assist me with any information that i might have on the course and no one did. i did the assignments and i hanhed them in and i did not get any responce. i waited months till i finally got a responce that i had to re- do them again as they were not the way i was suppose to do them , again -should i have had a student advisopr that would have never happned. well, i did themj and again months went by with no responce and i sent emails and called so many ****en times and to be told that the matter is being escalated, till to date this **** is being escalated. i only had one subject marked and that is also unknown to them"wow"!!! may i got email to register for exams and i enquired and i wstold that they sent it me by mistake and that i have not been invited for the exams as i still have assignments outstanding... OMG!!!!! last week i got another email with form to register for exams and i also enquired about and i was told that exam regitration has passed nbut vaccording to the email i got the end cdate was the 06/10/174 and i sent the lost soul the email i got and guess what "its being escalated". how many times it this nonsence going to be escalatd. i f i do not get a respince by theend of next week and get registered for exams that will be inh november i want my money "all of it , with vat" you have waisted my time and money and i really feel that you do n ot value me at all. i cant afford these studies but because i want a better future and a better job i went and registered for education not knowing that my dreams will be taken a joke .. i hate Damelin with a passion. December is around the corner, i want my money so that i can make chistmas a happy one for my kids. 427015-student number
