I have struggled endlessly with Damelin correspondence since I registered as a student with them. Almost none of the information stated in the study guide is confirmed in any way by the student consultants If I am lucky enough to get hold of one telepathically after the 10th attempt to call the help line. Once I finally do get through to someone, I am most often given contradictory information to what has been previously explained to me by a different consultant. This incompetency has caused me to fist of all pay R1800.00 in examination fees which was unnecessary and secondly resulted in me missing the cut off to register in the correct manner for my examinations whereby I am now unable to write pushing all of my studies 6 months back. I am overwhelmingly disappointed and disgusted in the level of knowledge and training of the student consultants. These people as supposed to steer you in the right direction, not give you incorrect information and sabotage you education. I will never study anything via Damelin ever again nor will I recommend this college to anyone I know. It is absolutely pathetic.
