so after enrolling at Damelin, all happy and excited. they resceduled twice and i had to study another course.

i had to pay in advance, but received my books late because they waited to long to place the order.

our classes were advertised to start at 8:00am until 12:00pm, but yet again we didnt even have class until 10:00am.

because i got my POE late they accidentally did not include a checklist so that i know what to hand in at the end of formal assessment. when i mentioned that to them they said ok i should have told them. the following Monday i received a call from them to say that they need it immediately. being a student and still studying make sit difficult to travel 50km to just go and search for the assignments they requested . i managed to find one of the assignments, but unfortunately couldn't find the other one. i would not have reviewed them if it hadn't cause me to fail my course,which it did.

the lack of assistance is unacceptable and i cannot afford to do my courses all over again because they failed to take the time and discuss the formalities and procedures to new students.
