*********** and useless

Registered with Damelin in February 2018 and to date I have not written a single internal or external exam, due to incorrect forms and *********** staff. After the second failed attempt to write an exam I demanded a refund and asked them to cancel the debit order, seeing that they have breached contract by not sending the correct forms.

Upon sending my cancellation letter the consultant at the cancellations department said it would take 4-5 weeks for the cancellation to be approved and then a further 90 working days. It has now been 11 weeks with no response or mentioning of refund.

Damelin Correspondence is the most ***********, uneducated and useless college I have ever come across. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, STAY AWAY!!!!
