Incompetency

Am Disgusted by the level of Incompetency that i have experienced with the college, I am still waiting for my updated statement of result from February till this day. I count write my last 2 modules in June to complete my Diploma and again in November i wont be able to write because my issue is still not sorted. I lost count of the number of times i called/emailed trying to sort this out, Exam registration for November closed Yesterday and that means i have waited yet another year. Am urging to anyone reading this to assist in sorting this out so i can finish my Diploma and cut all ties with this people. i wouldn't refer anyone to go and study in this Institution. And all of this is caused by their system that did not retrieve all my Assignments submitted.
