All attempts that I have made to get viable answers to my concerns have subliminally failed. 2. They do not abide by contractual agreements. I registered at the Vaal campus as a full time student and today the Academic Manager sends me an email (which many other students had not received) stating that all students of this campus have been transferred to Braam with Immediate Effect,without our acknowledgement that such a decision was in discussion, Note that this is after a protest had been conducted due to their inadequate means of communication. 3. I paid for a service I am not being rendered and now am having to study via an online system which is a pathetic excuse of a student portal. The portal has many malfunctions and overall prone to inefficiency. Resulting in me having to tutor myself.
