Incompetence

I am studying with this institute and since last year June when I registered with them, it has been one story after another, not even once have I ever get the services that they promised me, what makes me even frustrated right now is, I registered with them to write only one subject November 2017 and I paid for that got my exam entry with them and timetable, I went and write one subject that I registered for which took 45 minutes for the school to bring the papers at the venue for exams after the time that was indicated in my timetable. Well long story short, till to date, I haven't get my results and when I email or even call them, I never got any relevant answer, I am being told that I registered for 2 exams and only paid for one, come to my surprise I do not know where is that coming from since I still have all the papers for my exam arrangement which I have emailed to every department I was told to email, till today no one bothers, I am so frustrated. I just want my results.
