Incompetant and not profesional

I have done a Paralegal course 2 years diploma and have finished in November 2019. Since February this year, I have been calling almost every week and sending emails with no avail. They are not giving me my results. I have paid all their fees and do not owe them anything but I am not getting my results. I am now struggling to get to University and study further because they will not give me my results. It has been very stressful to study with them since getting any sort of correspondence and communication with them is a struggle and a huge draining hustle. their Student consultant are rude and impatient they do not help with anything except for I will follow up with the exam department which you will never get any solid answer. Seriously this college needs to be closed.
