I have studied with this institution since 2016 June doing a Paralegal Diploma which I finished in November 2019. Since February 2020 I have been calling and emailing almost every day for my results and my academic records together with the letter that confirms I have done and finished my course with them. All they can tell you is that they are going to follow up with the exam department. You will never be given contact or an email for the person that will give you straight answers. But I have good news for ones since I delt with those *********** student consultants, Yesterday a guy by the name of Chris Lombard made my day, Chris did not even take 10 minutes to have all the queries that I have been battling with for years sorted. He also gave me the email to forward my other query to, the lady by the name of Carol Cloete, she is amazing. Carol responds to email like lightning and she keeps the communication clear and she also attends to the queries immediately and always keeps you up to date with her progress.

Damelin needs more people like Chris and Carol.
