Im so tired of the uselessness of Damelin

fisrt of all, i completed my certificate in June 2014, i am still waiting for my award to be either posted to me or i am willing to come in, but as usual no one in the contant centre can assist with me getting my award for a qualification that was completed in June 2014!!! i am doing my studies through my employer and they are giving me flak for not being able to prove that i passed and completed this.<br> Secind of all, i get an sms stated that my results for Nov 2014 session will be withheld due to my account being in arrears, yet again Damelin have messed up as my employer paid for this course upfront with money to pay for all 8 subjects as well, what the beep is going on with the service of Damelin???<br> third of all, when ever i call the call centre for assistance on the above, i either get hung up on or wait up to 30 mins on a call that gets dropped and then eventually when i get through, no one can assist, or say that they will contact me and they dont.<br> i am so sick and tired of having to deal with this as a paying customer/empoyer as customer. i will NEVER EVER study through them again and i will NEVER EVER recommend Damelin to anyone.
