Neglected us after taking our money, we enrolled in July 2020. There isn't even a word to describe their lack of communication and correspondence. We've missed our exam at the department of education for our rewrites in June 2021 ..that's how pathetic they are in making requested changes. They agreed to refund us last year September and agreed to pay us back in 90 days after signing the agreement. We are still waiting for the payment. They don't care if they breech an agreement but they are quick to wave the agreement in front of your nose when they want their money. We've paid them for a service in full which we haven't received. They are doing this to too many people and they are hoping that we would simply give up over time and go away. .. Not even my student advisor could get hold of the department after several months of emails and asking them to do the changes and telling them that we are going to miss our exams. PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE CONSIDERING THIS INSTITUTION.. Too many red flags.
