I WANT MY REFUND

I registered with Damelin for Cost and Management Accounting,my company paid the full amount of R16792.00 for the whole course plus exam fee.In March i submitted my assignments,until today i am still waiting for my marks whenever i call them they tell me to resubmit of which i did until July that is when i told myself that i am not gonna do it again,to my surprise today they are sending an e-mail telling me about exam registration,how possible is that.How can i write exams if they never marked my assignments. ALL I NEED NOW IS A REFUND SO THAT I CAN REGISTER WITH ANOTHER COLLEGE.I am done with them and I have proof of all the resubmissions of the assignments.
