I want my overdue refund

On June 28, 2019 my cancellation process was completed and I agreed to pay a 50% penalty fee. At the time of cancellation my diploma was paid in full and to that date have I did not receive a timetable for assignments or exams.

I cancelled due to their lack of support and communication.

It’s been 2 and a half years that I am waiting for my funds.

Every time I phone the team leader and their superiors are not available for me to speak to. I get told that they advised the agent that I am on the urgency list, which is the case since May 2021.

This is absolutely unacceptable and they are breaching their own SLA of 90 days…

I am telling my story to everyone interested in listening. Simply to keep them from joining Damelin!!!!!!!!!!
