My brother finished his marketing certificate through Damelin in Randburg in 2015. Till today he has not received the certificate. I have app**** for a refund and they haven't refunded me my R25000 plus. My worry is that it's close to 25 students that finished with him and how many of them have given up. Parents save money to take their kids to "accredited" institutions and get nothing in return.

Anyone in department of education please assist me and many more parents to get their money back.
