I want m refund now

I registered with Damelin Correspondence last year September and cancelled the course on the 4th October. Damelin took forever to cancel my course they only granted me the cancellation on the 22nd January 2015 after I fought with them and advised me that the 90 days refunds waiting will not be app**** to me now I'm still waiting for the to refunds me and I do sent the emails but they don't respond to me. What a poor service Damelin offers. Can't they just give me my money. I am fed up
