I WANT A FULL REFUND

I registered with Damelin 2014/07 and in Nov people were due for exams when I inquired I was told im not going to be writing at Damelin but rather with department of Education ,which I had to follow up myself where and when which I never got the answer ,later someone at the call centre told me I was supposed to write at Damelin,fine I was calm and though I will write second semester which is now ,NO results from my assignments that were submitted when I call they say they will check and call back ,No call back..No results and no timetable or letter of confirmation so again im not going to write and still no results for assignments and no call back..a year gone..money gone !!!
