I still havent received my study material

I App**** on the 28th of January 2016 and was promised that after a few days i will receive my study material. i deposited money soon after i app**** and referenced it with my ID number. i stayed in touch with a guy called Makabongwe Ndzuta during the process, nudging him regularly asking about the progress of the application and how far from receiving study material am i. one day i couldnt find him, so a lady i spoke to refered me to Head Office. after wasting sooo much airtime being put on hold i got to speak at an consultant who told me my name didnt appear in the system. now i have been nudging Makabongwe to cancell my applicatiopn and refund me but i've always failed.
