I REALLY want to study, but you're making it IMPOSSIBLE!!!

<p>Part 1: I app**** Feb2016, had to phone and beg for study material, but got that eventually. Submitted assignments, no response, no results. Phoned several times and forwarded my assignments directly to a student advisor, nothing happened, no email, no results. App**** for Nov2016 exam, but the email inbox for those applications were full for a few days. When my application eventually went throug, I had to call to find out what the exam dates are as it was in no email or on their website. Eventually when I got hold of someone that could help, they said that the applications has closed, but none of my assignments (that I've sent several times) were showing on my profile. So in 6 months my assignments fell into a black whole and no one knew nothing about it.<br />Part 2:. Paid my deposit, more than what was required and signed a debit order form for the outstanding amount. Although additional payments were made on my part to settle the fees as soon as I can, my account was still being debited. After numerous calls and a request for a refund on the access amount (wiht the right documentation completed), nothing happened. </p>
