I paid the full tuition fee for a course and have been ****med by Damelin

I registered with DCC and paid the full fee for Logistics and Supply Chain Management course. I'm left with 3 subjects to finish and for the last year and a half they've been forgetting to send me exam registration forms so I can write exams despite the fact that I have been sending them reminders. When I went to their offices they couldn't even find my profile on their system. In December after reminding them yet again that I have to write they told me they'd forgotten and that I'd write now in June. After sending them yet another reminder they are now telling me that my course has expired. Their call center number just rings and nobody ever answers, when you send them emails they never respond. It's a whole **** and since my fees were paid by my company I'll now have to pay it back with nothing to show for it. I thought Damelin was a legitimate institution when I chose them now I feel ********** and ****med
