I owe the company I work for paid R28 000.00 because I still don't have results from Damelin

I registered at Damelin correspondence college in 2019 for a Business Analysis practice course. From the beginning it has been a nightmare because they just sent the study guides and then I was on my own, no communication whatsoever. This course is paid for by the company I'm employed by cash on registration. I have been calling student advisor too may times regarding compulsory assignments and how PoE's were to be done but I was told the course was new and PoE's will be done by the college. I wanted to submit assignments to write in December 2019 but i couldn't because of lack of information and guidance; regardless of all challenges I decided to submit all assignment via email provided on assignments booklets in March 2020 so I can write exams in June 2020 but because of covid 19 exams were postponed. During the time from submitting assignments I never received any results back and kept on querying because I wanted to write exams in oct/Nov as soon as the dates are out. To my suprise when dates were out the subject codes for my course were not three and when I queried I was told the course was an assignment based course were anitially meant to be posted. Nobody advised of that I was given a post address and email address to submit assignments regardless I went to print assignments and posted them this year January. Till date I was been querying for results, I've taken from pillar to post and I even asked to speak to the head but nobody is ever available or willing to respond even the student advisor and now the course has expired. The company I work for is requesting for me to pay back the money they paid to Damelin because I dont have results to show. This shows how Damelin is taking advantage of people trying to upgrade themselves by taking money they don't have. I talking about R28 000.0 I have nothing to show for. This is really unprofessional for a well know college like this
