I need my Diploma certificate.

Damelin have been calling me to pay the fees,which I did.but since I have paid my fees they are running around and are not sending me my Diploma.i have been emailing and calling and nothing is happening they are always not available.i need my Diploma urgently because I have app**** for some jobs and the only thing that is standing between me and getting the job is the Diploma. I hope Department of High Education would intervene and help me with this.all I need is to get my Diploma.
