HRM Certificate COMPLETED 2017 STILL NOT RECEIVED

Damelin Capetown ****** my sister her right to use her completed 2017HRM FET Certificate.

I cannot believe 3yrs has been completed and we never received the certificate. Due to that my 21 year old parentless sister is suffering with unemployment. Her dreams are shuttered, and R26k of fees was just wasted with Damelin. All we need is refunds for her to study again with the reliable institution. I HOPE THIS TIME YOU WILL REPLY
