HORROR of Educational Institution

I registered in 2018 for a course, course paid in full. I then decided in 2019, to change course, well within my rights, I sent my change of course form, it has been down heel from there. Four years later I have been sent from pillar to post, emails to deaf ears, calls not answered, high call volumes, calls dropped and promises to be called back. I got an email today after many years, I emailed and tried calling back, to no responses all over again. I am stuck in my career coz i cannot progress education wise. Its been fours years I could have been done with my studies
