Horrible service overall

Since enrolling to study it has been a complete disaster. It took 6 months to receive all my study material after being sent from pillar to post as not one consultant could assist me in getting my study material. After finally receiving all my study material in July/August, this after missing my first exqm date, I was called for my account being in arrears and it took the institution a full month to find my payment, I had paid for the course in full in February, as the finance department was unaware that payments could be made at money markets. Now, after registering for exams and only having one year left to complete my course, calling to get payment details I have been placed on hold 3 times, calls dropped in my ear and no response on how to pay. I have a year left to complete these studies which I highly doubt I will be able to do because even my questions in regard to my subjects never get answered. What a waste of R23000. I have even asked if I xould get an extension on my studies due to no study material being delivered on time and same as all other queries there was absolutely no response. This is the worst institution to study through and I would warn any person to avoid them at all costs as it will only be a loss to your own pocket!
