Horrible service - Exam time table

I am currently studying a HIGHER DIPLOMA with Damelin and once this course is done I will not be studying further or recommend any one else to study with this college. I do not understand how Damelin for such a reputable college can offer such poor services to the students. I am writing in less than 1 month and want to confirm the dates. I am unable to receive a preliminary time table because no one can assist. How can you possibly study/ prepare for an exam and the dates are not yet confirmed The call center and bunch of uninformed people (who call themselves student consultants) don't even know what is happening. Since last Friday I've been contacting the college to find out the dates of 2 subjects for the November 2018 session and not 1 person was able to assist me. 1 said call back on Tuesday or Wednesday, the second said I should call back later this week & the 3rd person said only by Monday will the information be available. So here I am waiting until Monday to confirm when I will be writing (& if I will be around during this time) (keep in mind that most correspondence students are working class and need to fulfill other responsibilities over and above calling the stupid college every day to check when we will be writing) I wish I didn't have to study through Damelin!
