HORRIBLE DAMELIN

Horrible service, I registered for a course. In the first module there were errors in the notes, so I cancelled (or tried) within the given 5 days. After a call that mention they would proceed with the cancellation, I never heard from them again and they deducted the first payment via debit order. In then called and struggled to get through to someone. Eventually spoke to Emilio, who said he would phone back today (26 April), but of course he has not. No response to the many emails I send to customer service either. STAY AWAY from Damelin. Inferior courses, horrible service!!!!! They do not deserve even one star!!!!!!
