Horrible customer service care and unreachable when requesting my qualifications after completing course

i have mailed in hopes of finally getting help as I have failed for many months. I am a student who has completed his course in production management NQF 4 but never received my certification despite multiple calls and hours spent being put on hold and hung up on not to mention ignored by countless agents from Damelin. As you can imagine I have also lost out of countless job opportunities because they also couldn’t get ahold of anyone to confirm my certification and I don’t have a digital copy.

This has been happening for several months, it all started when it took me 2 years to be able to write a single exam because they wouldnt send registration dates for exams and when you skip a week after being told to call in next week multiple times for multiple weeks youd be told registration is closed so try again in 5 months, TWICE. i eventually wrote and now they dont want to give me my qualification after ive app**** for it and they told me that id get it in 3 weeks 3/4 MONTHS AGO

i have logged multiple escalations with againts and have gotten nothing.
