highly disappointed

This is the only way to get DCC is acknowledge me.<br> <br> i have been calling since last year for my result sheet and i have not received no response i have called the call centre a 100 times which is expensive to get people how are useless that keep on telling me they will request it and sent it to me. BUT IT NEVER EVER GETS TO ME.<br> <br> the thing is i want to complete my Diploma but i not do it through DCC again!!!!
